Hospitality & Guest Services

For those who love making people feel seen, welcomed, and at home.

Greeters – Warmly welcome guests with a smile and help them feel connected from the moment they arrive.

Ushers – Assist with seating, offering, and creating a smooth, respectful flow during services.

Linger Longer (Fellowship & Refreshments) – Help set up and serve light refreshments after service, creating space for community and conversation.

Security Team – Provide a calm and watchful presence to ensure safety and support during services.

French Translation Support – Serve bilingual attendees by providing live translation during services or events.

House Care

For those who love taking care of the space we are in, a humble yet vital ministry in preparing the house of the Lord for worship and fellowship.

Cleaning Team – Help keep our space clean and inviting by tidying between services and assisting with cleanup after events when needed.

Media & Tech

Ideal for all who are willing to serve, and are detail-oriented, creative, and enjoy working behind the scenes to support worship and communication.

Camera Operator – Operate cameras with care and skill to create a crisp, smooth online experience through thoughtful framing and smooth transitions.

Sound Tech – Mix and manage sound for in-person services to ensure clarity, balance, and a rich worship experience.

Sound Runner – Support the sound tech with handling technical setup and any on-the-fly needs, so the sound tech can stay focused on the mix.

Livestream Operator – Set up, monitor, and manage the livestream to extend the message to those watching from home.

Online Sound & Chat – Mix broadcast sound and welcome online guests to support them in worshiping and connecting.

Slides & Lyrics (ProPresenter) – Support worship and preaching by projecting lyrics, scriptures, and announcements in a timely manner.

Lighting – Manage lighting changes during plays and special events to help shape the atmosphere through dynamic light cues and transitions.

Set up & Quality Control – Ensure all above roles are supported and all above aspects of in-person and online service run smoothly.

Social Media – Help manage posts, share service highlights, and engage our online community.

Video Editing – Help us tell stories, create recap videos for social media, or edit the announcements videos.

Graphic Design – Design slides, promos, or visuals for church events and communication.

Writing/Content Creation – Craft engaging captions, recaps, or articles for newsletters, the website, or social platforms.

Tech-Savvy Problem Solvers – Good with systems, troubleshooting, or gear? There’s always room for thinkers and tinkerers!

Counting Team – Assist with accurate and confidential counting and recording of church offerings.

Admin's Assistant – Assist the Administrator with delegable tasks to keep things running smoothly.
